Bucks County Agricultural Land Preservation Program

The Land Trust of Bucks County (LTBC) proudly announces that it has been selected by the County of Bucks to conduct all of the required annual and biennial inspections on farmlands within the county with agricultural preservation easements secured through the County’s Agricultural Land Preservation Program.

Farmland that is preserved through the Agricultural Land Preservation Program is subject to the state’s agricultural easement which requires periodic monitoring of each property to ensure the requirements of the easement are being met. Monitoring previously conducted by county staff will now be conducted by staff of the LTBC.
